The Law Offices of Trae Gray is a full service law office.  Following are other
areas of law that we are active in:
Business Law - We provide general transactional services for businesses. Our firm assists in the choice of entity
and then organizes the necessary paperwork and documentation for partnerships, corporations, and limited liability
companies (LLCs). In addition, we draft and review contracts for various purposes such as employment and
purchase and sale of businesses. We provide litigation services for local businesses in many types of commercial
actions, such as breach of contract, collections, mechanics' liens, replevin actions, mortgage foreclosures, real
property foreclosures, review actions for accounting, and other business disputes.

Environmental - The firm provides broad based experience and expertise in dealing with environmental issues
under federal, state and local laws and regulations.  We focus our environmental litigation on private civil disputes
involving local landowners.

Oil and Gas – Trae Gray was active in the development and implementation of one of the first mineral auctions in
southern Oklahoma.  Today, the firm still assists mineral owners with title work and the brokerage of oil and gas
deals to maximize the value our clients receive.  Oil and gas law is a unique area of the law.  Typically you will find
well versed oil and gas attorneys in areas with significant exploration or drilling activity, such as southern Oklahoma.
Dealing with oil and gas issues requires familiarity with and specialized knowledge of often complex legal principles.
We believe our firm is well positioned to assist with the evaluation of those principles.

Our firm handles oil and gas issues from the perspective of the mineral owner.  Mineral owners can either participate
or lease minerals.  When leasing, mineral owners lease minerals retaining a right to a royalty or a percentage of the
production.  If the operators do not pay the proper amount to the royalty owners, or they give the money to the
wrong people. We will pursue legal remedies to ensure that mineral owners obtain their royalties.

Probate and Estate Planning - Estate planning refers to organizing your assets and deciding how they will be
disbursed upon your death.  Our firm can draft wills, set up trusts, and provide additional estate planning vehicles.
Probate is the process where assets are distributed according to the individual's will or according to Oklahoma law, if
the individual does not have a will. The probate process somewhat technical, but it can be made simpler with the
assistance of an attorney.

At times, disputes arise in the process of trust administration or estate administration.  We do litigation surrounding
trust, estates, and probates.  Trust litigation usually consists of an action against the trustee for a "breach of
fiduciary duty," usually a failure to act in the beneficiary's best interests. In the estate administration arena, wills are
sometimes contested as to validity, or there may be more than one will and a dispute arises as to which will controls
the distribution of assets.

Water Law - Oklahoma water law covers three classes of water; stream water, groundwater, and diffused surface
water, sometimes called sheet water/flow because it runs over the surface of land before it flows into a definite
stream.  This is a rapidly changing area of Oklahoma Law that we work hard to stay up with.  Many of our landowner
clients are active with permitting procedures before the Oklahoma Water Resources Board and we work to him them
with that process.

Real Estate and Property Law– We close numerous real estate transactions every week in our office and work
with many local real estate agents.  We examine abstracts of title and provide real estate title opinions, and draft
sales contracts, deeds, mortgages, promissory notes and contracts for deed. We handle transactions and litigation
related to foreclosures, quiet title suits, commercial leases, landlord-tenant disputes, easements, restrictive
covenants, and residential and commercial farmland.
