At The Law Offices of Trae Gray, we believe the practice of law
is about the search for the truth. Juries and judges want the
truth. And, as attorneys, we believe it is our job to help them
find that truth.
Our litigation efforts are focused on the representation of
everyday people who would not typically find themselves in
need of a lawyer. Usually they are pitted against a lifeless
corporation or they are being pursued by the government in a
criminal matter. Our founder spent his early years working
for large companies. That experience contributed to the
vision the company has today. We have also come to
recognize that many who receive criminal charges are
innocent, but are merely assumed guilty because they have
been charged. Unfortunately, it is these honest hardworking
people who are many times pitted against the nearly
unlimited resources like Wall Street money or government
prosecutors. The result is that they can only get as much
justice as they can afford. Our mission is to be tough and do
everything we can to level the playing field. We try to ensure
that everyday people are protected by our laws and receive
the justice afforded to them by those laws.
We talk a lot around here about the three R’s. We seek to be
reliable to the people and landowners that we represent,
revered by our adversaries, and resolute in the pursuit of
justice.
