We place a high value on our human resources. Because our founder comes from a sales background, all employee compensation is based on certain performance objectives to encourage efficiency and hard work. We always place spiritual and family values above our workload. Employees are encouraged to take time off to be with family when necessary. We do not operate on rigid parameters with regards to vacation and sick time. With that said, we expect all employees to work hard and be committed to the company’s mission. We believe our environment makes for a very good place to come to work everyday. Further, we believe our culture is very positive because of the impact we make on those that we serve.
