The Law Offices of Trae Gray is committed to serving ordinary people and landowners. Currently, we represent
landowners and individuals in a 20 county area in Oklahoma in both state and federal courts.
We place a high value on our human resources. Because our founder comes from a sales background, all
employee compensation is based on certain performance objectives to encourage efficiency and hard work. We
always place spiritual and family values above our workload. Employees are encouraged to take time off to be with
family when necessary. We do not operate on rigid parameters with regards to vacation and sick time. With that
said, we expect all employees to work hard and be committed to the company’s mission. We believe our environment
makes for a very good place to come to work everyday. Further, we believe our culture is very positive because of
the impact we make on those that we serve. We encourage all employees to continually grow while with our
organization and do not discourage those from moving on when it is best for their own development even though it
may be at a temporary cost to the firm.
